Oman

Sultanat Oman je ena izmed najbolj prijaznih in slikovitih dežel na Arabskem polotoku. To ni samo neskončna puščava – Oman je tudi dežela gorá, globokih sotesk in kanjonov, rodovitnih dolin in oaz ter dih jemajočih plaž. Ta še neraziskani biser Arabije kar kliče, da ga raziščemo.


Salalah

Salalah je drugo največje mesto v Omanu z munsunsko klimo, kar privablja tudi druge arabske potnike. Salalah je arabska prestolnica parfumov.


Muškat

Privlačna prestolnica Omana je pravo nasprotje ostalemu delu države, saj po razvitosti povsem konkurira sosednjemu Dubaju. Tukaj najdemo široke ceste in ljudi, oblečene po zadnji modi. V nakupovalne centre, ki rastejo kot gobe po dežju, zahajajo najbogatejši prebivalci v državi. Tu je še futuristična palača sultana in edina mošeja v državi, ki jo lahko obiščejo tudi nemuslimani. Kljub hitremu napredku pa v četrti po imenu Muttrah, vendarle lahko začutimo nekaj več tradicionalnega arabskega utripa. Obisk glavne in najstarejše tržnice v državi nas s svojimi eksotičnimi vonjavami popelje daleč v preteklost.
