Vreme

Zanzibar je par stopinj južno od Ekvatorja in uživa tropsko klimo, ki je vlažna in topla. Če bi se radi izognili dežju, ne potujte od marca do konca maja in ponovno v novembru. Najvišja turistična sezona je v suhi in topli dobi od decembra do februarja. Od junija do oktobra je nekoliko hladneje in suho, vendar so temperature še vedno visoke, zato je to dober čas za obisk. Potapljate se lahko preko celega leta, vidljivost pa je slabša od marca do maja.


Zanzibar

leži v Indijskem oceanu in le korak od tanzanijske obale. Otočje, ki je s svojimi čari stoletja osvajalo popotnike, trgovce s sužnji in koloniste. S svojo burno preteklostjo, fascinantim zgodovinskim glavnim mestom in rajskimi plažam, ostaja ena najbolje ohranjenih skrivnosti Indijskega oceana.
